Easytiger.vn (the “Platform”) is operated by UXBOX Co., Ltd. (“UXBOX”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which is the contracting and invoicing entity. Easytiger.vn is the Platform operated by UXBOX and is not itself a separate contracting or invoicing entity.
The Platform is an online directory that connects individuals and businesses seeking professional services in Vietnam with verified legal, financial, and business professionals. Access to the directory is free for visitors; professionals pay a subscription fee to maintain a listing.
By accessing or using Easytiger you agree to these Terms. If you are using Easytiger on behalf of a business or professional firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the platform.
If you subscribe as a professional, your subscription is separately governed by the signed SaaS Subscription Order Form and its Appendices (the “Subscription Agreement”). Where the Subscription Agreement and these Terms conflict, the Subscription Agreement prevails in respect of that subscription.
All professionals listed on Easytiger have submitted an application and undergone a manual verification review. Verification confirms that submitted credentials appear genuine at the time of review; it is not a guarantee of ongoing compliance, quality of service, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Every listing is reviewed, including listings on our free plan. The Verified badge is a feature of our paid plans, so a listing without the badge has still been reviewed; the badge indicates the plan, not the outcome of the review. Search placement and ordering are also influenced by a professional’s plan.
Affiliate links.Some results, and some suggestions under our articles and in our AI assistant, are links to other companies’ websites. Each is marked “Affiliate link”. They are not professionals listed on Easytiger and are not covered by our listing review. They appear after listings on our paid plans and before listings on our free plan. When you have told us what you are looking for, by a category, a search term or a question to the assistant, they are limited to that kind of service. If you buy something after following an affiliate link, Easytiger may earn a commission from that company. Anything you buy on another company’s website is between you and that company, on its own terms and prices; we are not a party to it.
Easytiger does not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, or other professional advice. Any engagement with a listed professional is solely between you and that professional. We are not a party to that engagement, do not negotiate or execute it, do not collect or disburse professional fees, and do not control the services performed. Verification, search placement, reviews, ratings and profile information are not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by us.
Client accounts are available to any individual who provides a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@easytiger.vn if you suspect unauthorised access.
Professionals pay a monthly or annual listing fee to maintain an active profile. Payments are processed off-platform; Easytiger staff manually activates or suspends accounts after confirming payment. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Renewal.Except for a lifetime or expressly non-renewing plan, a subscription renews automatically for a further term of the same length unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal before the current term ends. Non-renewal takes effect at the end of the current paid term and does not create a refund right, except as required by law. Renewal does not authorise automatic payment collection — renewal charges are invoiced and paid in the ordinary way.
Price changes.We may change standard subscription pricing on at least 30 days’ notice. A change takes effect no earlier than the next renewal period, unless you agree to an earlier date or the change results from a mandatory tax or legal requirement.
Founding Member “lifetime access”refers to the operational lifetime of the Easytiger.vn platform — that is, for as long as the service continues to be operated — and not to the natural lifetime of any individual member. It grants no right of access beyond the period the platform remains in operation; if the platform is discontinued or otherwise ceases to operate, access ends accordingly. The one-time Founding Member fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
A subscription is a software-access service. It does not include advertising, marketing-agency, brokerage, referral, sales-representation, campaign-management or guaranteed lead-generation services.
We do not promise any particular volume of traffic, search placement or ranking, customer enquiries, professional engagements or revenue, and none of these is a promised deliverable. Directory, search, profile and enquiry outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including user demand, your credentials, how complete your profile is, how quickly you respond, and third-party systems. No enquiry is exclusive to you or guaranteed to result in an engagement.
Where the feature is available, users may submit reviews and ratings, and we may publicly display individual reviews and aggregate ratings alongside a professional’s profile.
Professionals must not create or arrange fake reviews; review their own services under a false identity; coerce, threaten or retaliate against a reviewer; offer an undisclosed incentive for a review; or otherwise manipulate reviews or ratings. We may investigate suspected review abuse and reject, remove, hide or restrict any review we reasonably believe is fraudulent, manipulated, unlawful, defamatory without reasonable basis, irrelevant, abusive, privacy-invasive, or otherwise contrary to these Terms or the law.
We may immediately suspend or restrict an account, profile, verification badge, messaging or other functionality where we reasonably consider immediate action necessary — including fraudulent verification information; a fictitious or unauthorised profile or credential; impersonation; spam or review manipulation; unlawful or harmful content; abusive or threatening conduct; a serious security threat; an expired, suspended or revoked required credential; or a lawful direction from a competent authority. We may also suspend a subscription for non-payment of an undisputed amount after its due date and written notice, or for another remediable breach not corrected within the period stated in our notice.
On expiry or termination, a professional profile is ordinarily unpublished within a short technical grace period of up to 10 days, and any undisputed amounts already accrued remain payable. Third-party search engines and caches may continue to display previously indexed material for a period outside our control.
All content, design, and software on Easytiger — including the tiger badge mark — is owned by or licensed to UXBOX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Professionals retain ownership of their own profile content and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, format and display it as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, including on profile and directory pages, for as long as the listing is published.
Your name and logo. We may show your business name, your logo, and your listing as it appears on Easytiger, to say that you are listed with us. We use this on our own site, our social accounts, our emails, and in printed material and presentations about Easytiger. We do not change your logo apart from its size and file format. You can turn this off at any time by emailing hello@easytiger.vn. We will stop using it in anything new within 30 days and remove it wherever we still can, though we cannot recall what is already printed.
We will not quote you, or use your name or logo in a testimonial, case study or press release, or in anything that suggests you recommend Easytiger, unless you agree in writing first. Showing your listing on Easytiger is part of running the site, and is covered by the licence above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, arising from or in connection with the platform or any professional services obtained through it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform will not exceed the greater of 2,500,000 VND or the subscription fees you have actually paid to UXBOX in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where a subscription has been in effect for less than 12 months, the fee element of that cap is the amount paid to UXBOX since the service start date.
For the avoidance of doubt, this cap is measured only by amounts paid to UXBOX for access to the platform. It does not include, and we are not liable for, fees you paid to a professional you found or engaged through Easytiger. Any dispute about those professional services or fees is between you and that professional; we are not a party to it (see section 3).
These exclusions and this cap apply in aggregate to all claims and causes of action, and do not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory law, including fraud or wilful misconduct where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s law.
Before commencing formal proceedings, we will each use good-faith efforts to resolve a dispute through authorised representatives: after written notice describing the dispute, the parties will attempt resolution for 30 days, unless urgent interim relief is reasonably required. Any dispute not resolved that way shall be submitted to the competent Vietnamese courts in Ho Chi Minh City, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and venue rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of Easytiger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you are a professional on a prepaid subscription term, a change that materially reduces your contractual rights during that term will not apply to that term unless it is required by law, reasonably necessary for security or abuse prevention, or accepted by you.
